I spent our time here lovely. The rooms were decent size and themed with the tea, the fridge, the bar. All of the staff was attentive and competent. The location was comfortable because it was close to the coast as well as Norwich and Bury St Edmunds.

Its location in a quiet area was lovely and exceptionally nice. A michelin star rated restaurant with a great menu was an advantage.

We did not want to leave there and would love to go back. This accommodation was in the remote location in the Bury St Edmund area. What's more, it was very close to Norwich for the second time as well as a Michelin starred restaurant in Vienna.
-
Sandra
The stay was great, strongly recommend. Stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our choice. The breakfast was savoury and tasty, a good choice of reasonably priced food. The staff were obliging, the room was extremely spacious with private bathroom, nice decor, as for instance. Remote location next to Norwich for the second time, the restaurant, and the pub downstairs, it was in a lovely area. Also, the hotel was right next to Botesdale Chapel of Ease.

Came here for 5 nights with my dog, had a very peaceful stay. The well-trained staff was much appreciated. The setting was nice, close to many top London restaurants, and Norwich for the second time from South Wales. Found Chapel at Ease, it's at a walking distance from the hotel.
Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Stuart

In total enjoyable stay, I can't recommend highly enough!
The staff are excellent friendly and the room was a decent size and well-appointed with big beds. Great to have an iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. The location it has adjacent to the centre as well as the restaurant is good and beautiful. Also, Botesdale Chapel of Ease is not too far from the venue.

Our stay here was pleasant, comfortable place for exploring Rickinghall. The staff was very efficient and provided exceptional services. The location was remote, stunning to the pub which was lovely of her. Plus, it was so close to the communal areas, England and a Michelin starred restaurant. Exquisite dishes were served at the Michelin-starred restaurant.
